PROGRAM NAME AND DESCRIPTION ---------------------------- Career Forge Surveys. Career Soft, LLC, doing business as Career Forge, sends conversational SMS surveys on behalf of colleges and universities that use Career Forge. Messages invite students and recent graduates of a specific institution to answer a short survey about their post-graduation outcomes, and collect their answers by text. Every message identifies the career center and the institution it is sent on behalf of, and identifies Career Forge as the service sending it. This program is informational. It is not marketing, and it does not promote any product or offer. WHO RECEIVES MESSAGES --------------------- We text only students and recent graduates who agreed to receive text messages from or on behalf of their institution, for example by ticking the SMS consent box on the institution's own inquiry or application form. The institution gives us the number and the record of that agreement. We do not buy, rent, or otherwise obtain numbers from any third party. MESSAGE FREQUENCY ----------------- You will receive up to 4 outreach messages per survey, sent at least 48 hours apart, plus any replies we send during an active conversation you are taking part in. You will never receive more than 6 messages from us in a single day. Messages are sent only between 8:00am and 9:00pm your local time. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES ---------------------- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard rates apply to every message you send or receive in this program. Career Forge does not charge you for taking part. HOW TO STOP ----------- Reply STOP to any message to opt out. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPTOUT work the same way. We send one confirmation and then no further messages. Opting out applies to every Career Forge survey program, for every institution. You may also opt out by replying in your own words or by contacting us. Reply START to opt back in.
